"Kaitlin is amazing"
Kaitlin is amazing! She was such a huge helper. I had been delivered the wrong ball at first and she was very understanding and helpful. The ball I ordered happened to be out of stock so I had to place an order for a new one, but I got a full refund for the other one. She replied so quickly. She even replied the day after Thanksgiving!
